ServiceTitan doesn't list what it costs. Its pricing page shows three tiers — Starter, Essentials and The Works — each behind a "Request Pricing" button, and describes the model as per-technician. Obravetta is $27, $97 or $297 a month. You can read that on a public page without talking to anyone, and Pro covers unlimited team members.
Obravetta is an all-in-one platform for home service businesses that combines job management with customer acquisition. Plans are $27/mo for 1 user, $97/mo for up to 3, and $297/mo for unlimited users, published openly, with no sales call required to find out.
ServiceTitan is enterprise field service management. Its pricing is not published — the pricing page routes every tier to a sales request, and the demo form asks your technician count, whether you have a full-time office employee, and your residential or commercial mix before anyone quotes you. ServiceTitan describes its model as per-technician pricing, so cost rises as you hire.
ServiceTitan is the stronger platform if you're running twenty or more technicians with a dispatch office, inventory, memberships and real reporting demands. Obravetta is the better fit for one to fifteen people who need more jobs coming in and a flat bill.
Most "alternative" pages pretend the two products are interchangeable and the only difference is price. That isn't true here, and pretending otherwise wastes your time.
ServiceTitan is aimed at established operations — it has dedicated Enterprise, Private Equity and Franchise offerings, and covers commercial trades like fire and life safety, water treatment, refrigeration and dock and door alongside residential work.
That depth is real: inventory and purchasing, memberships and service agreements, capacity planning, payroll, multi-location management, and the reporting a private-equity-backed roll-up actually needs. If you have a call center and thirty trucks, this is the category leader and we won't pretend otherwise.
Obravetta handles the operational core — quotes, invoices, payments, scheduling, dispatch, online booking, CRM — and then puts the acquisition layer underneath it as standard, which is the part most small shops are actually missing.

We've deliberately left ServiceTitan's price out of this page rather than guessing at it. Third-party sites publish estimates; ServiceTitan doesn't, and quoting a number we can't source would make this page worth less than nothing to you. If you want to know, request it from them — just ask about implementation fees and contract length in the same conversation, because the pricing page doesn't mention either.
Whichever way you go, these are the things that change the real number. Ask them of us too.
This is a genuine recommendation, not a hedge. ServiceTitan is the right call if:
If you're a one-to-fifteen person residential shop and your real problem is that the phone doesn't ring enough, buying an enterprise dispatch platform won't fix it. That's the gap we're built for.
Published, flat, and the same in month one as month forty. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. Annual billing charges for ten months instead of twelve.

ServiceTitan does not publish pricing. Its pricing page lists three tiers — Starter, Essentials and The Works — and routes each one to a "Request Pricing" form. The page describes the model as per-technician pricing, and the demo form asks for your technician count, whether you have a full-time office employee, and your residential or commercial mix before a quote is given. We don't publish an estimate for them because we can't source one. For reference, Obravetta is $27, $97 or $297 a month depending on seats.
It depends on where your bottleneck is. ServiceTitan's depth — inventory and purchasing, memberships, capacity planning, payroll, multi-location and enterprise reporting — is built for operations with a dispatch office and a real headcount. If you're one to ten people and your problem is lead flow rather than coordination, that depth is cost and complexity you won't use. If you're at twenty-plus technicians, it's the category leader and worth the conversation.
ServiceTitan is built to run work you've already won, at scale. Obravetta is built to win the work and then run it. Obravetta includes a website builder, missed-call text back, automated follow-up, email and text marketing, review automation and AI voice answering as standard — the customer acquisition layer. ServiceTitan is deeper on operations: inventory, purchasing, memberships, payroll, capacity planning and commercial-trade workflows we don't cover at all.
ServiceTitan's pricing page states that its per-technician pricing is "designed to fit your business and goals, at any size." It doesn't say what per-technician means for office staff, dispatchers or part-time help, which is worth clarifying on a sales call. Obravetta Starter is one seat and Growth is up to three, but Contractor Pro covers unlimited team members at $297/mo with no per-seat charge.
Customers, contacts and job history export as CSV and import into Obravetta, usually within a day. Automations, workflows and any membership structures have to be rebuilt because they don't transfer between platforms — on Contractor Pro we build those for you as part of setup. Before you cancel, check your ServiceTitan contract term and what happens to your data and phone numbers on exit, since their pricing page doesn't state contract length.
Over 130, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, drywall, landscaping, remodeling, general contracting, cleaning, pest control, pressure washing, painting and tree service. We're built for residential home service work. Commercial specialties like fire and life safety, refrigeration and water treatment are better served by a platform purpose-built for them.
