Service Fusion gives you unlimited users on every plan, which is genuinely good. The catch is where it starts: $245 a month month-to-month, or $208 on annual billing. There's no plan for a solo operator or a three-person crew. Obravetta starts at $27.
Obravetta is an all-in-one platform for home service businesses. Plans are $27/mo for 1 user, $97/mo for up to 3, and $297/mo for unlimited users, with a website builder, email and text marketing, missed-call text back, automated follow-up and review automation included at every tier.
Service Fusion publishes its pricing: Starter at $245/mo month-to-month or $208/mo annually, Plus at $382/$325, and Pro at $533/$627 — all with unlimited users. But job photo uploads, inventory management, job costing, custom documents, eSign, the customer portal, progressive billing, GPS fleet tracking and ServiceCall.ai are paid add-ons on Starter, and their prices aren't published.
Service Fusion is the better pick if you're already a larger team that needs inventory, job costing and GPS fleet tracking. Obravetta is the better pick if you're one to fifteen people, or if you want the marketing side included rather than absent.

Service Fusion's unlimited-user model means its price doesn't move with headcount, which is why its column is flat. Obravetta annual billing charges for ten months instead of twelve. Service Fusion's annual option is charged as one payment at sign-up. Add-on prices aren't published on their pricing page, so get those in writing. Verify current rates on each company's own site before you buy.
Unlimited users at every tier is an unusually fair model, and at ten or twenty-five people $208–$245/mo is good value. Project management, inventory, job costing, GPS fleet tracking and progressive billing are all real capabilities aimed at a company with trucks and a back office.
What it isn't is approachable. There's no entry tier, no free trial, and the lowest possible bill is $208/month. For a solo operator that's roughly eight times our Starter plan for software they'd use a fraction of.
Our Starter plan exists for the person who just went out on their own, and Growth for the first two hires. The acquisition layer is the point: if you're small, your constraint is usually leads, not coordination.

Service Fusion is the stronger fit if:
If you're under about eight people, or your constraint is lead flow rather than coordination, paying $208/month minimum for operations depth you won't use is the wrong trade.
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. Annual billing charges for ten months instead of twelve.

Service Fusion publishes three plans, all with unlimited users: Starter at $245/mo month-to-month or $208/mo on annual billing, Plus at $382/$325, and Pro at $627/$533. The annual option saves 15% and is charged as one payment at sign-up. Several features — job photo uploads, inventory, job costing, custom documents, eSign, the customer portal, progressive billing, GPS fleet tracking and ServiceCall.ai — are paid add-ons on the lower tiers, and their prices aren't published.
Yes, on every plan. Their pricing page states it plainly, and it's a genuinely fairer model than the per-seat pricing most of this category uses — Jobber charges $29 per extra user and Housecall Pro charges $35. Obravetta Pro also has no per-seat charge at $297/mo, but our Starter is one seat and Growth caps at three.
At small headcounts, by a wide margin: $27/mo against $245/mo at one user, and $97/mo against $245/mo at three. At ten or more users it reverses — Service Fusion Starter at $208/mo on annual billing undercuts Obravetta Pro at $247.50/mo, with unlimited seats on both. The real question isn't the headline number, it's whether you need operations depth or lead generation.
Their pricing page doesn't offer one. Every plan includes personalised onboarding and unlimited support, and there's no contract requirement, but there's no self-serve trial to test the product first. Obravetta has a 14-day free trial on every plan.
Not in the published plan features. Their plans cover customer management, estimates and jobs, scheduling and dispatching, invoicing, payments, project management, reporting and text messaging alerts. A website builder, email and text marketing campaigns, and review automation aren't listed. In Obravetta all three are part of every plan.
Customers, jobs and invoice history export as CSV and import in about an afternoon. Automations and pipeline stages get rebuilt because they don't transfer between platforms — on Contractor Pro we build those for you. Service Fusion is month-to-month with no contract, so running both in parallel for two weeks costs one extra month at most. If you prepaid annually, check what happens to the remainder before you switch.
Fourteen days free, no contract, and a plan that fits a one-person shop.
